摘要(Abstract):
采用深孔梯段爆破进行溢洪道扩挖时 ,根据岩体的力学特性和工程要求 ,制定合理的爆破方案 ,正确选择爆破参数 ,并采取一系列技术措施控制其特征尺寸 ,使爆破石碴具有一定的块度级配。用YS— 1型压实计检测和灌水法抽验的结果表明 ,碾压 4~ 6遍后的石碴干容重大于 2 0kN/m3,达到较高的填筑密实度 ,完全满足工程要求。
On the basis of rockmass characteristics and engineering demands,through working out reasonable blasting plan,selecting correct blasting parameters and using a series of technological measures for control of fragmented rock's characteristic size,the fragmentation gradation can be controlled in excavation of a spillway by deep-hole bench blasting.The results of detection by YS-1 compactness meter and sampling inspection by water-poring method shows that the fragmented rock rolled at 4~6 times has a high compactedness and a dry density of larger than 20 kN/m~3,meeting the demands for dam construction.
