水工结构爆破震动效应研究及安全分析
EFFECT OF BLASTING VIBRATION ON HYDRAULIC STRUCTURES AND SAFETY ANALYSIS

摘要(Abstract):

水利水电工程不能简单套用矿山及建筑部门现行的统一爆破规程规定的安全分析方法和控制标准,而应该首先研究不同类型爆破对各种水工结构的荷载特性和破坏作用机制,从而分别制订出与之相适应的安全判据和控制标准。文章从现代爆破作用原理出发,阐明岩体爆破的震动特性、影响因素及最新研究进展。通过对大量科研观测资料的分析,结合我国某些工程实践经验,着重介绍了岩土爆破对闸坝工程、水工隧洞的作用特性、破坏机制和安全准则。
For water resource and hydropower projects,the analysis method and control criterions of blasting safety in Blasting Safety Regulations for mining and construction departments should not be simply adopted while the safety criterions and control standards suitable for them should be set up through studying the loading property and damage mechanism of different blasts to every variety of hydraulic structure.In this paper,the characteristics and influencing factors of blasting vibration in rock and recent research progression were expounded on the basis of modern blasting principle.Through analyzing a lot of observed data and in the light of the experience from some practical projects,the active features,damage mechanism and safety criterions of blasts in soil and rock to locks,dams and hydraulic tunnels were introduced emphatically.
