复杂环境下地下室控制爆破拆除

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了复杂环境下的地下室基坑实行快速控制爆破拆除。采用了合理的爆破参数和起爆网路与机械拆除相配合的方式,对边墙及与保护区的连接处进行机械切缝处理,减少了钻孔工作量;开凿了泄压窗与搭设钢管防护排架,加强了对保护区域的飞石和空气冲击波防护。爆破效果表明:爆破振速峰值为1.05cm/s,保护建(构)筑物未受冲击波及振动损伤,爆堆高度在1.8m以内。
The rapidly controlled blasting demolition of the underground chamber under complex environment was introduced.The reasonable blasting parameters,blasting network and mechanical removal method were adopted.The side wall and the connection of the protection area was processed for mechanical cutting to reduce the drilling workload.The decompression window and erection of steel protective frame were cut to strengthen the precaution of air shock wave and flying rocks in protected area.The blasting results showed that the peak velocity of blasting vibration was 1.05cm/s.The buildings and structures were not affected by the shock or vibration damage and the height of the blasting muckpile was less than 1.8m.
