摘要(Abstract):
向家坝水电站地下厂房属超大型,开挖跨度33.4 m和开挖高度88.2m等七项工程技术指标均居世界第一;位于软硬相间的缓倾角砂岩和泥岩中,岩壁梁部位Ⅳ、Ⅴ类围岩的分布占岩壁梁部位总开挖长度的一半,工程地质条件相对类似规模地下厂房复杂得多。针对向家坝水电站岩壁梁部位工程地质条件和设计轮廓复杂、质量要求高、工期紧迫等特点,采用科学、细腻的"爆刻技术",确保了岩壁开挖成型质量优良,创造了光爆孔半孔率近100%、岩台平均超挖2.9 cm的新记录。
The underground workshop of Xiangjiaba Hydraulic Power Station to be excavated is a super large one,with its excavation span of 33.4m and excavation height of 88.2m,and some other five technological engineering parameters ranking the first in terms of their difficulties.It was located in sand foundation consisting of hard sandstone and soft argillaceous sandstone with gentle obliquity,with Ⅳ and Ⅴ type of wall rock involving in the beam excavation accounting for half of the total length of the rockwall,and much complicated engineering geological conditions compared to similar underground workshop in terms of its capacity.The present paper,regarding the engineering geological condition,complex outline design,high quality requirements and time limit for the project,discussed the employment of the dedicated technology of explosive engraving which ensured high quality excavation and created the new records of half-hole rate of smooth blasting being near to 100% and an average over excavation of rock platform being 2.9m.
