南水北调穿黄河隧洞爆破振动控制技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对南水北调东线穿黄河隧洞工程上方筑有黄河大堤,隧洞围岩地质构造发育,存在黄河水、孔隙水和岩溶裂隙水"三水连通"重大安全隐患的具体情况,分析了工程难点及主要安全问题,论证了爆破振动控制的可行性,并提出了加固洞周围岩,利用探洞作临空面,采用分部开挖法,控制单循环进尺和爆破振动监测等隧洞开挖时控制爆破振动的有效方法,成功的将爆破振动对黄河大堤及围岩的扰动控制在了安全允许范围内,可供同类工程参考。
Due to the Yellow River embankment is located above the tunnel project,which may result in the heavy potential safety hazards regarding to the "Three-water connection" of Yellow River water,interstitial water and karst fissure water to the geological structure development of the surrounding rock.After analyzing the construction difficulties and the main security problems,the feasibility of blasting vibration control technology was discussed,and effective blasting methods were proposed by reinforcing surrounding rock of the tunnel,using caving as a free face,using partial excavation method,controlling single cycle drilling and monitoring blasting vibration,which successfully controlled the blasting disturbance to embankment and the surrounding rock.The results provided a reference for similar projects.
