摘要(Abstract):
全通径压力起爆器是全通径射孔作业的关键部件,其性能的好坏直接影响到作业效果,甚至作业安全。根据全通径射孔发展的要求,采用特殊材料制成的金属箔片叠加,实现对起爆压力的高精度控制;在内部芯件上分别设计了三组起爆单元、预裂槽和连通三组起爆单元的传爆环路,并在传爆环路内填装炸药,提升起爆性能的同时降低了起爆后的碎屑粒度,保证了通径效果。经相关试验、地面模拟试验及现场使用效果检验表明,达到了预期目的,能够满足现场使用要求。
Full bore pressure detonator is one of key parts in full bore perforation system and its performance takes a vital role in obtaining operation result and may even endanger the security of perforation operation.According to the development of full bore perforation technology,pile winding metal foils made of special material was used in order to accurately control detonate pressure.Three detonate cells were designed in the core,and meanwhile,presplitting troughs and booster cavity connected with three detonate cells were designed in the inner core facilities,with the booster cavity being filled with explosive.Capability of detonate has been improved accompanied with the reduction of the size of shattered core.It was proved by experiment and field application that full bore pressure detonator could be used in site operation.
