国内外乳化炸药储存库内部距离浅析

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究国内外乳化炸药储存库的内部距离差异,便于在国外建设储存库时提供参考,选择澳大利亚、南非与中国的内部距离规定进行对比,分析了乳化炸药库房与厂房之间、乳化炸药仓库之间的内部距离数据和存在差异的原因,初步探讨了影响内部距离的因素。结果表明:在相同的条件下,中国比其他2个国家规定的内部距离小,这不仅减少了占地面积,而且还有利于组织生产。同时,3个国家都遵循"以人为本"的安全发展理念,一致认为乳化炸药储存库周围设置防护土堤是一种有效的安全防护措施,这些都为中国倡议的"一带一路"发展战略落地和中国民爆标准走出去提供了一定的参考和借鉴。
In order to study the difference of internal safety distance of emulsion explosive magazines at home and abroad, and to provide reference for foreign emulsion explosive magazine construction, the internal safety distances of Australia and South Africa were selected for comparison with China's requirements. The reasons for the internal distance difference between the emulsion explosive magazine and the workshop and between emulsion explosive magazines are analyzed, and the influence factors are discussed preliminarily. The results show that under same conditions, China has a smaller internal safety distance than the other two countries, which not only reduces the floor space, but also facilitates the organization of production. Meanwhile, the three countries all follow the "people-oriented" concept of safe development, and have consensus on the role of protective mound around the magazine. All these provide reference for the implementation of the development strategy proposed by the "One Belt And One Road" initiative and the going global of China's civil explosive standards.
