电子雷管在山体松动爆破工程中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了隆芯1号电子雷管在四川广元大中坝山体松动工程爆破中的应用情况。通过工程实践选择了合理延期时间,同时达到了降低爆破振动和增加爆破方量的效果。在爆破试验过程中通过爆破振动监测,最终将爆破振动最大值控制在0.41~0.65 cm/s,仅为采用导爆管爆破的30%;单次开挖方量提高了4倍。降振效果明显并有效地加快了施工进度,为工程带来了显著的经济与社会效益。
The application of Lux No.1 electronic detonator in Sichuan Guangyuan Dazhongba Mountain loose blasting engineering was introduced.The reasonable delay time of it was chosen through the engineering practice so as to reach the effects of reducing the blasting vibration and increasing blasting volume. In blasting trial process,the blasting vibration maximum was eventually controlled between 0.41 and 0.65 cm/s by blasting vibration monitoring and was 30%of using Nonel blasting,and single excavation volume was improved four times.Effects of reducing blasting vibration were obvious,and the construction progress was effectively sped up,which brought significant economic and social benefits for the engineering.
