爆破技术在复杂条件下高边坡岩墙开挖中的实践

摘要(Abstract):

厂区内山体爆破开挖工程,周边环境复杂、边坡高陡、地质情况多变,岩墙爆破开挖时面临着滚石、飞石等技术难题。根据本工程南北两侧边坡地质、破碎带分布、马道防护条件的不同特点,将山体分成南北两区,并分别采用不同的爆破施工方法。南区采用主爆区、岩墙爆区的中深孔开挖方式,北区采用主爆区、控制爆区、岩墙小炮爆区的开挖方式。爆破实践不仅满足了安全生产要求,而且取得较好的爆破效果和经济效益。
Mountain blasting excavation works were in the plant area and the surroundings were very complicated.The slope was very high and steep,and the geology was complex.There would be rolling stones and flying stones when dyke was excavated.According to the geology of both sides of the slope,distribution of fragmentation zone and riding track protection conditions,the mountain was divided into south area and north area,and different blasting methods were used.Long and medium hole excavation pattern of main blast area and dyke blast area was used in the south area.The excavation pattern of main blast area,control blast area and dyke blast area was used in the north area.The blasting project not only satisfied the requirements of safe production but also got much better blasting effects and economical benefits.
