露天矿边坡大孔径预裂爆破研究与实践

摘要(Abstract):

在总结国内类似矿山边坡预裂爆破成功经验的基础上,对预裂爆破炮孔直径、孔距、线装药密度3个参数之间的关系进行了统计分析,针对某铁矿提出了两种炮孔直径条件下混合岩和片麻岩的预裂爆破技术参数,并在该铁矿边坡控制爆破中进行了试验应用,半孔率达90%以上,对于维护边坡岩体稳定具有重要意义。
Based on generalizing presplitting blasting experiences of domestic mine slope,statistic analyses were conducted about the relations among borehole diameter,borehole space and linear charge density of presplitting blasting.Technical parameters of presplitting blasting of Migmatite and Gneiss under two different borehole diameters were put forward and applied in the controlled blasting of an iron mine slope.Half borehole ration is up to above 90%,which is important significant for slope stability.
