摘要(Abstract):
为促进精细化爆破理论的发展,在深入研究精细爆破理论,吸收、引进国外爆破先进技术和管理理念的基础上,结合国内露天矿山爆破作业的特点,从定量设计、精心施工和精细管理三个方面探索了一套露天矿山精细化爆破技术。即通过地质罗盘对爆破作业面进行地质结构测量,并结合钻探地质资料,利用软件分析模型对各爆破参数进行分析、模拟,并将分析模拟结果与实际爆破效果相互印证,不断调整、优化爆破参数,以实现爆破参数设计精细化的目标。同时,使用激光测绘仪、炮孔测偏仪、爆速仪等一系列的先进测量工具、仪器,为爆破施工精细化提供技术支持。由于爆破工程是一项高危行业,为识别潜在风险,确保爆破质量和安全,引进了爆破现场检查核对单、工作安全分析表、标准化作业程序等先进的管理工具和手段,来实现精细化管理。通过实践探索的露天矿山精细化爆破技术,在部分矿山项目上进行了应用实验,取得了预期效果。
Based on thorough research on fine blasting theory, bringing in advanced blasting tech overseas and management concepts, combined with characteristics of open-pit mining blasting, we embarked on quantitative design, careful construction and fine management to blaze a trail over a package of fine blasting tech on open-pit mining for promote the development of fine blasting theory. Use geological compass measurement of geological structure, and combined with drilling geological data, using the software analysis model to analyze the blasting parameters, simulation, and the analysis of simulation results and the actual blasting effect, constantly adjust, optimization of blasting parameters, achieve the design refinement goal. At the same time, a series of advanced measuring tools and instruments, such as laser surveying instrument, borehole deflector and detonation velocity instrument, are used to provide technical support for the refinement of blasting construction. As blasting engineering is a high-risk industry, in order to identify potential risks and ensure the quality and safety of blasting, advanced management tools and means such as blasting site inspection checklist, work safety analysis form and standardized operation procedure are introduced to achieve fine management. Through practice and exploration of fine blasting technology in open-pit mines, application experiments have been carried out in some mining projects, and expected results have been obtained.
