摘要(Abstract):
导流洞围堰拆除是电站截流的关键,本次爆破方量大,距离保护物近,且工况条件复杂。爆破设计采用了高单耗、低单响的思路,使用了高精度雷管。总装药量16 4t,最大单响药量150kg,平均单耗1 49kg/m3,各被保护物的质点振动速度均控制在10cm/s以下,成功地完成了导流隧洞进口围岩的爆破拆除。
Demolition of cofferdam of water diversion tunnel was a critical procedure in diverting water from Goupitan hydropower station.As viewed from its enormous blasting cubage,complicated conditions,as well as the relative close distance between the cofferdam to be blasted and the object to be protected the high unit consumption and low charge in a time were used.The total charges were 16.4t of dynamite(averaged 1.49kg/m3 of dynamite consumption)and the most single fire dynamite was 150kg in the present blasting demolition project. The demolition of cofferdam of water diversion tunnel was successfully removed. The base particle vibration velocity in the objects protected was controlled below 10cm/s.
