深孔爆破间隔装药技术探讨STUDY ON DEEP-HOLE BLASTING INTERVAL CHARGING TECHNIQUE

摘要(Abstract):
某场平土石方深孔爆破施工期间,恰逢爆破器材价格上涨,如何节约爆破成本是此工程面临的主要问题。在某些爆破参数确定的条件下,施工中摸索出空气间隔装药结构能降低炸药单耗,同时保证了破碎效果。通过不同装药结构经济性对比分析,表明深孔爆破间隔装药技术在技术、经济上是可行的,值得推广。
In the construction period of some flat earthwork deep hole blasting,the price of blasting materials was rising,so how to save the cost was the main problem faced the project.Under the condition of certain definite blasting parameters,it was found out that interval charging could reduce unit explosive consumption and also kept good broken effects.Economic cost of different charging structure was also comparatively analyzed,it showed that deep hole blasting interval charging technique was available in the technology and economy and worth of being generalized.
