羊拉铜矿爆破漏斗实验

摘要(Abstract):

为了给高原矿山深孔爆破参数选择提供依据,以利文斯顿爆破漏斗理论为指导,在与采场岩性相近的穿脉巷道中进行单孔爆破、变孔距爆破和斜面台阶爆破漏斗实验,并对实验结果进行分析。得到小型爆破漏斗实验参数:最佳埋深0.68m,漏斗半径0.58m,炸药单耗1.78kg/m3,最小抵抗线0.70m。将其推算到深孔爆破中,得到深孔爆破参数:最大孔距1.8m,排距1.4m。工业实验进行验证,爆破效果较好,大块率明显降低,损失贫化率也得到了良好的控制。
In order to support the selection of deep-hole blasting parameters of the mine in plateau,with the guidance of the Livingston explosion funnel theory,single-hole blasting,variable hole blasting and slant bench blasting experiments were carried out in ort roadway with similar lithology and the experimental results were analyzed.The experimental parameters of the small explosion funnel were obtained:the optimum depth was 0.68 m,the funnel radius was 0.58 m,the explosive unit consumption was 1.78kg/m3,the minimum burden was 0.70 m.They were calculated to get deep-hole blasting parameters:the maximum spacing was 1.8mand row spacing was 1.4m.The industrial experiments proved that the blasting effect was good.Boulder yield was obviously reduced and loss and dilution rate was also controlled well.
