海底隧道钻爆施工关键技术及对策探讨

摘要(Abstract):

开挖海底隧道不同于陆地隧道,钻爆施工是在巨大水系之下进行,遇到的断层破碎带的机率大、风险程度比陆地隧道高。由于国内从未修建过海底隧道,国家《爆破安全规程》目前在此方面还是空白,这又增加了海底隧道钻爆施工的风险程度。本文在调查国内外情况后提出了危险地段钻爆施工技术、不同危岩地段的钻爆方法和控制钻爆施工引起的围岩松动圈是海底隧道钻爆施工的关键技术,并给出了相应的对策,可供国内当前在建和待建的海底隧道设计与施工技术人员参考。
Different from land tunnel,seabed tunnel construction by blasting is excavated under tremendous water system,the probability of blasting construction encountering faultage and crush zone is great,and the blasting construction risk is higher.Due to no such experience of seabed tunnel construction in our country,and as a result,there are no corresponding regulations in Safety Regulations For Blasting(GB6722-2003)that can guide the blasting construction.For this reason,the risk of construction seabed tunnel by blasting may be increased.Based on a great deal of investigation on seabed tunnel construction home and abroad,the paper concluded that the technology of control of loosing circle of wall rock resulted from drilling blasting was the core technology and accordingly pointed out the corresponding countermeasure by proposing the key blasting construction technologies favorable to bad seabed geology section and the drilling blasting methods at different wall rock.The paper has consulting value to the design and construction of seabed tunnels in construction or to be constructed across China.
