大孔径爆破技术在沟槽开挖中的应用APPLICATION OF LARGE APERTURE BLASTING TECHNIQUE IN EXCAVATING GROOVE

摘要(Abstract):
以小孔径进行沟槽爆破开挖,施工进度慢、效率低。结合华润水泥(陆川)有限公司2×4500t/d熟料新型干法水泥生产线建设工程,混凝土基础沟槽开挖采用履带式全液压潜孔钻机进行大孔径爆破,并对其爆破参数、装药结构、填塞工艺进行了调整优化,取得了良好的爆破效果,加快了工期进度。可为类似工程提供借鉴。
When grooves are excavated by small aperture blasting,their construction speed is slow and efficiency is low.It was combined with excavating groove of concrete foundation in 2×4500t/d clinker new type dry-process cement production line construction of huarun cement(Luchuan) Co.Ltd.Crawler type full hydraulic down-hole driller was adopted to execute large aperture blasting and blasting parameters,charge structure,and tamping technics were adjusted and optimized.Good blasting effect was achieved and construction speed was increased.It is used as reference by similar projects.
