基于萨式公式的冻结法爆破振速和安全药量控制研究Research on vibration velocity and safe charge control of freeze blasting based on Sadowski formula

摘要(Abstract):
为探究爆破地震波传播规律以及实现对安全装药量的严格控制,基于萨道夫斯基公式,以某矿山爆破施工为研究对象,通过爆破振动测试和回归分析,研究了x、y和z方向的振动速度及安全药量。结果表明:在需保护的建(构)筑物附近进行钻爆开挖时,应按三向药量最小值进行药量控制。当开挖面掘进至冷冻管正下方时,冷冻管位置垂直方向的爆破振动速度最大,水平径向爆破振动速度次之,水平切向爆破振动速度最小,安全控制药量应小于20.73kg。研究结果以期对类似工程提供参考和借鉴。
In order to explore the propagation law of seismic waves and realize the strict control of the safe charge, based on the Sadowski formula, taking the blasting construction of a mine as the research object, through the blasting vibration test and regression analysis, the vibration velocities and safe charges in the x, y and z directions are studied. The results show that when drilling and blasting excavation is carried out near the structures to be protected, the charge should be controlled according to the minimum three-way charge. When the excavation surface is excavated directly below the freezing pipe, the blasting vibration velocity in the vertical direction of the freezing pipe is the largest, followed by the horizontal radial blasting vibration velocity, and the horizontal tangential blasting vibration velocity is the smallest.The safety control charge should be less than 20.73 kg. The research results are expected to provide reference for similar projects.
