摘要(Abstract)：

隧道内开采花岗岩料石在国内尚属首例。创造足够的临空面是地下隧道采石的重要环节,而控制爆破装药量是确保料石成材的关键。本工程采取了预裂爆破法开挖侧导洞、创造底部临空面及预裂成缝,再进行水胀切割花岗岩料石块等施工技术。文章重点介绍了爆破设计包括爆破器材的选择、装药结构及起爆网路,以及施工工艺设计及流程等。实践表明,结合城市工程建设项目开采石材,在节省投资、解决城市建设用石材、保护环境等方面应用前景广阔。
Moorstone quarrying in tunnel is a first case carried out in China.Creating enough facing space is the one of the most important part in this kind of stone quarrying,and whereas,controlling the blasting charge is the vital factor of the stone in shape from the blasting.The pre-splitting blasting method was used to excavate side hole facing space and to form the seam in this engineering.The water heave cutting was used for the processing the stone.The paper discussed in detail the blasting design including the selection of explosive materials,charging structure and ignition network,as well as the construction processing design and its flowsheet.The practice showed that the method has important meaning and development prospect in saving investment,solving work stone problem and environment protection in municipal engineering projects especially in civil air defense project.
