薄层岩体中的预裂爆破

摘要(Abstract):

针对西柏坡电厂三期铁路专用线与朔黄铁路并行段路堑拓宽石方爆破工程中出现扩堑岩体厚度仅为510m的情况,为实施边坡预裂爆破,通过利文斯顿爆破漏斗理论及爆破对岩石破坏范围的安全论证,提出了采用分台阶、毫秒延时预裂爆破、控制一段起爆最大药量等薄层岩体预裂爆破的设计原则,介绍了该工程所采用的设计方案与主要设计参数以及取得的爆破效果,可供类似工程参考。
Aiming at the situation that the terrane is only 5~10 meters thick in the rock blasting project of cutting expansion in the third construction stage of Xi-Bai-Po power plant railway which parallels to Shuo-Huang railway,the design principles of employing bench-millisecond-presplitting blasting to controlling the maximum charging in first ignition was put forward for the implementation of engineering after the discussion on the safety based on the Crater Theory by Livingston C W and the scope of damage to rock caused the blasting.The present paper introduced the design scheme,main parameters and results of this blasting,which can be referenced by similar engineering.
