摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了一种新型地下乳化炸药混装车自动送管器系统,在地下上向扇形孔装药过程中,该系统可辅助混装车实现输药管的自动输送。送管器采用履带结构,具有较好的输送与防滑性能。其控制系统利用送管过程中的压力反馈实现了对炮孔底部的智能识别与孔深测量。利用速度传感器与电液比例系统建立的闭环比例控制回路可自动调节退管速度,实现退管与装药的速度同步。
A new automatic hose pusher system for underground onsite mixed emulsion explosive charging truck was introduced.It could be used for delivering charging hose automatically during the charging process for underground fan holes.The crawler structure of hose pusher made it have better transportation characteristic and anti-slip function in delivery process.By setting a threshold pressure in its automatic control system,the hole bottom and depth could be realized intelligently.A proportional closed-loop was established by speed sensors and electro-hydro proportional system and the return velocity could be adjusted automatieally.The return velocity and charging speed matched each other.
