多层Al-Ti复合板爆炸焊接实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

简要介绍了爆炸焊接生成多层复合板的机理及界面构型。以爆炸焊接生成轻质、高强Al Ti多层复合板为例,对爆炸焊接的实验装置、利用光学显微镜、显微硬度计和拉伸试验检验所生成的复合板的性能进行了详细论述。实验结果表明,焊接的多层复合板中各层都有硬化效果,钛层比较明显,并且新材料的强度和重量比与纯钛板较为接近。
The mechanism for formation of multilayer composite plate by explosive welding and the interface configuration are briefly introduced. Taken the formation of light and highintensity AlTi composite plate as an example, the experimental device for explosive welding and the check of composite plate performance by optical microscope, microsclerometer and tensile tests are expounded in detail. The experimental results show that the hardening effect occurs in every layer of the welded composite plate, particularly Ti layer, and the strength and weight ratio of new material are approximated to that of pure Ti plate.
