水下爆炸法销毁废旧炮弹技术研究Research on technology of destroying waste cannonballs by underwater explosion

摘要(Abstract):
根据废旧炮弹具有稳定性差、危险性大、运输储存难度大等特点。结合南宁市公安部门待处置及销毁的废旧炮弹种类、数量、外观锈蚀等状况,提出了水下爆炸法,并制定了销毁方案。在完成弹药种类的甄别、销毁场地的选择后,对废旧炮弹当量和爆破器材消耗量进行了计算,并提出销毁时的安全防护原则,计算了爆破振动速度,以达到预防爆破振动危害的目的。本次炮弹销毁取得了较好的效果,有效地消除其带来的安全隐患,确保了社会治安稳定、人民安全,可为同类工程提供参考。
According to the waste cannonballs, it has the characteristics of poor stability, high risk, and difficulty in transportation and storage. In combination with the example of the Nanning Municipal Public Security Department to dispose and destroy waste cannonballs with the state of category, quantity, rustiness, etc, a under water explosion methed destruction plan was formulated. After completing the screening of the types of ammunition and the selection of the destruction site,calculated the waste shell equivalent and the consumption of blasting equipment,the safety protection principle at the time of destruction was put forward, and the blasting vibration speed was calculated to achieve the purpose of preventing blasting vibration hazard. The destruction of this waste cannonballs has achieved good results, effectively eliminating the hidden dangers brought by it, ensuring social stability and people's safety. It can provide reference for similar projects.
