间隔介质对射流侵彻间隔靶影响的数值模拟SIMULATION ON THE INFLUENCE OF JET PENETRATION BY SPACE MEDIUM OF DISCONNECTED TARGET

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究间隔介质对聚能射流侵彻间隔靶能力的影响,运用AUTODYN软件分别对射流侵彻水和空气介质间隔靶过程进行数值模拟。主要从侵彻过程中射流形态、间隔介质形态、射流头部速度三个方面出发,对模拟结果进行分析。首先与试验结果进行对比,验证了数值模拟分析的合理性和可靠性。然后通过分析数值模拟结果,得到射流头部速度随侵彻介质距离变化的拟合公式,并得出:射流头部速度在间隔靶水介质中衰减比空气介质中高17.6%,且金属射流速度愈低,相同距离水间隔介质对射流侵彻能力的衰减效果愈明显。
In order to study the influence of space medium on the penetration ability of disconnected target by shaped charge jet,the process of jet penetration the water and air medium disconnected target were simulated respectively by AUTODYN.The simulation results were analyzed mainly from the shape of jet,space medium,and the velocity of top jet in the penetration process.Firstly,compared with the test results,the rationality and reliability of numerical simulation were verified.Then,through the result analysis of simulation,the fitting formula of the velocity variety of top jet with the penetration distance in medium was obtained.The attenuation of top jet velocity in water was 17.6% higher than in air disconnected target.The lower velocity of jet,the more obviously was the velocity attenuation of jet with the same distance in water.
