对二氧化碳气体爆破的管理对策研究Reseach on the management countermeasures of carbon dioxide gas blasting

摘要(Abstract)：
基于2017年某地查处的两起涉及CO2气体爆破的案例,分析了CO2气体爆破反映出的问题,总结了CO2气体爆破危害性大、专业性强、涉及面广和欺骗性强等特点,指出了造成这种现象的主要原因,并对CO2气体爆破的安全管理提出了建议。
Based on two cases about carbon dioxide gas blasting in one place in 2017,the problem reflected by the carbon dioxiode gas blasting is analyzed.Summarizes the characteristics of carbon dioxide gas blasting that is high risks,highly specialized,wide range and high fraudulence.The author points out the main reasons of this phenomenon.The safety management of carbon dioxide gas blasting is proposed.
