露天煤矿高温区爆破安全作业技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对露天煤矿高温区爆破开采的难题,分析了几种常用的高温爆破方法,进行了爆破器材高温条件下的安定性试验,经过结果分析,选定了进行深孔高温爆破的器材,在立足于常规深孔台阶爆破的基础上,对常规深孔爆破的施工工艺进行了优化,探索出了进行深孔高温爆破的反程序爆破方法,经过工程应用,效果良好,保证了深孔高温台阶爆破的施工安全。
Focusing on the problem of high-temperature zone blasting in open coal mine,some common blasting methods of high temperature have been analyzed and security and stability test of explosive materials for bench blasting under high-temperature has been conducted.The explosive materials for deep-hole high-temperature blasting have been chose after analysis.Based on the conventional bench blasting,construction technology has been optimized,and got a reverse order blasting method for deep-hole high-temperature zone blasting which has achieved good practical effects through engineering application.This technology could also ensure the safety of deep-hole bench blasting construction in high temperature zone.
