摘要(Abstract)：

本文对爆破的抛掷作用范围与松动破坏作用范围这两个不同的概念进行了较为详细的阐述，并应用岩石介质扰动破坏临界速度的概念及最大内部作用药包的定义，推导得出适用于确定爆破松动破坏作用范围的松动破坏作用指数函数表达式。
In this article,two different concepts,the throwing action region and the loosening action region of blasting,are thoroughly discussed;and the function of loosening crater index,which can be used to determine the loosening damage scope of blasting,is obtained based on the concept of the critical velocity of disturbance damage of rock medium,and definition of maximum internal action of charge.
