摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了嵌岩排桩结构围堰拆除爆破的实例。采用高风压钻机钻孔。再用地质钻机透孔并安装套管相结合的方式,提高了高压旋喷帷幕内钻孔成孔率;采用高风压钻机凿除混凝土和气焊切割钢筋相结合的方式对灌注桩预处理;选择了合理的爆破参数及防护技术。取得了良好的爆破效果,对类似工程具有一定的参考价值。
A case of demolition blasting of the cofferdam in Zhoushan was introduced.Geological drilling rig was taken to penetrate the holes after drilling by high-pressure down-to-hole drilling rig and combining it with installing casing,which improved the forming rate of the hole in high-pressure jet grouting curtain.High-pressure down-to-hole drilling rig was also adopted to cut the concrete and then the rebar was cut off by gas welding to pre-treat the bored piles.Reasonable blasting parameters and protection technology were also selected.The good blasting effect was achieved and it provided certain reference value for similar projects.
