线型聚能装药切割钢板过程的数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

用AUTODYN -2D计算软件对线型聚能装药切割钢板的过程进行了数值模拟 ,分析了射流形成过程中各种参数的分布规律 ,并对射流切割钢板的宽度、厚度等进行了预测。模拟计算与实物试验结果的相对误差为 10 6%~ 11 9% ,是在工程上允许的范围内。这说明 ,数值模拟方法可用于聚能装药的优化设计和切割其他材料的研究
The full process of cutting steel slab by a linear shaped charge is numerically simulated using AUTODYN-2D code The distribution of varied parameters in the formation of metallic particle jet is analyzed, and width and depth of cuts in the steel slab are forecasted The errors of numerical simulation relative to actual test results are 10 6 ~11 9% that is permissible to normal engineering It is indicated that the numerical simulation is possible to be used for optimization of shaped charge design and research of other material cutting
