摘要(Abstract):
通过对多座 1 2 0m高钢筋混凝土烟囱定向爆破拆除的实践经验总结和理论分析 ,逐一探讨了实现高耸烟囱准确定向爆破的各项技术要领 ,包括爆破切口设计参数和烟囱结构对称性处理、定向窗口合理参数和开凿技巧、多种预处理设计 ,以及触地飞溅防护和减震措施等。针对高大烟囱爆破拆除中最难控制的定向准确性和触地飞溅防护问题 ,提出了科学的设计思路 ,分析论证了多项设计参数的合理值范围 ,并推荐了某些设计参数和最佳取值
Through summarizing the experience from the practice of demolishing several RC chimneys with a height of greater than 100 meters by directional blasting,the technological essentials for realization of directional collapsing of high chimneys were discussed.These essentials include the designed parameters of blasting cut,the treatment of chimney's symmetrical structure,reasonable parameters and opening of directional windows,the design of several kinds of pretreatment,the measures for spatter precaution and vibration reduction and so on. To counter the problems of accurate direction and spatter precaution, which are the most difficult to be put under control, a scientific design thought is presented,reasonable limits of the design parameters are demonstrated and the optimal design parameters are recommended.
