框架式水塔控制爆破拆除
CONTROLLED BLASTING DEMOLITION OF A WATER TOWER IN FRAME STRUCTURE

摘要(Abstract):

以30m高的钢筋混凝土框架式水塔爆破拆除为工程实例,在综合考虑水塔结构特点和周围环境条件的基础上,采用了提高爆破部位和增加后坐相结合的定向控制爆破方式,有效地控制了水塔倒塌的范围。文中还详细地讨论了立柱爆高的计算与校核、单孔药量等爆破参数的确定,以及相应的安全防护措施,以保证水塔能够顺利、准确地定向倒塌。
The practical blasting demolition of a 30m high ferroconcrete frame water tower is discussed based on the consideration of its structural characteristic and surroundings.The method of controlled directional blasting integrating heighten position of blasting with increase in backlash is adopted to control the tower's collapse area efficiently.The calculation and checkout of the pillar's blasting height,the blasting parameters determination such as quantity of explosive in single hole,and the corresponding safety precautions are discussed in the paper responsible for making the tower collapse completely and exactly in the designed area.
