炮孔复合装药结构的功能和设计要求

摘要(Abstract):

在同一炮孔中装入两种不同爆速的炸药,形成复合装药结构。基于爆轰波传播理论,给出了高爆速炸药引爆下低爆速炸药爆轰波传播的波迹方程,指出复合装药结构具有爆轰波向一个主要方向传播的功能。利用具有这个功能的复合装药结构,可以达到降低爆破地震、提高光面爆破效果等爆破目的。文中同时阐述了复合装药结构的设计要求。
A compound charge is form ed when two kinds of explosives wi th different detonation velocities are loaded into a blasthole On the base of the theory of detonation w ave propagation,the formulae for t racing the detonation wave propaga tion of low velocity explosive ini tiated by high velocity explosive are given It is pointed out that t he compound charge has a function of which the dtonation wave propag ates to a dominative direction The compound charge with such a functi on can be used to achieve such bla sting aims as the reduction of bla sting ground vibration and the imp rovement of smooth blasting result s At the same time, the regulations fo r design of a compound charge are expounded
