摘要(Abstract)：

针对顶孔垂直压气装药对炸药的特殊要求,通过对乳化铵油炸药的生产工艺及乳胶基质的配方、加入量、加入温度以及乳胶基质与多孔粒状铵油炸药各自黏度等影响因素进行探索分析,提出了获得既具有一定的黏结性,又具有一定流散性的乳化铵油炸药的最佳生产工艺。
Regarding the special requirement of vertical upward hole pneumatic charge,some influencing factors were analyzed in the production of emulsion-ANFO in terms of its the parameters like the formulation of emulsion matrix,the temperature and quantity of mixed of emulsion matrix,the viscosity of emulsion matrix and the prill ammonium nitrate and so on.A good production technology of emulsion-ANFO,with some extent of cohesiveness and flowability was established.
