露天矿山台阶深孔爆破大块成因及解决措施

摘要(Abstract):

露天矿台阶深孔爆破大块率高是露天矿山生产过程中普遍存在的一个问题,在白马铁矿采场西帮断层角砾岩和下盘伟晶辉长岩等部位爆破大块率高的情况尤其突出。为此,结合白马铁矿近几年爆破开采情况和地质条件,详细地阐述了大块产生的位置以及采场难爆区域的状况,分析其产生的原因。根据实际条件,从起爆网路,炮孔布置,装药结构,优化难爆部位孔网参数、创造有利爆破条件以及施工与管理等方面,总结出有效降低白马铁矿露天台阶深孔爆破大块率的具体措施和方法。
Bench deep hole blasting of boulder ratio in open pit mines is a common problem in the production process of open-pit mines, especially in the west side fault breccia and footer pegmatite of Baima iron mine. Therefore, combination of Baima iron ore mine blasting mining conditions and geological conditions in recent years, the chunk of location and he situation of the mining area are elaboratedin detail and the resaon is analyzed. According to the actual condition of mine, the specific measures and methods that can effectively reduce the large block rate in steep long hole blasting of the Baima Iron Mine are summarized from the aspects of detonating network, hole arrangement, charge structure, optimize the difficult explosive blasting hole net parameter and create favorable conditions and the construction and management, etc.
