深部开采单孔爆破漏斗实验

摘要(Abstract):

针对会泽铅锌矿因浅部资源日益枯竭,逐步向深部开采需要获得准确爆破参数的情况,根据利文斯顿爆破漏斗理论,在会泽铅锌矿深部巷道进行了一系列单孔爆破漏斗实验,得到了爆破漏斗临界埋深为1.21m,最佳埋深为0.6m,最佳爆破漏斗体积为0.153m~3,最佳埋深比为0.495 9,应变能系数为1.807 5m/kg~(1/3)等技术参数。爆破漏斗实验是爆破设计和施工的重要技术手段,是获取岩体爆破准确参数的有效途径,其实验结果为会泽铅锌矿深部开采提供了有效的技术支撑。
Since the mineral resources in shallow of Hui-ze lead-zinc mine are exhausted for the time being,it turns to deep mining gradually.In order to obtain the accurate blasting parameters for the deep mining of Hui-ze lead-zinc mine,a series of single-hole blasting crater experiments were carried out with Livingston's blasting crater theory.The experimental results showed that the critical depth was 1.21 m,the optimum depth was 0.6m,the optimum volume was 0.153m~3,the optimum depth ratio was 0.495 9,and the deformation energy coefficient was 1.807 5m/kg~(1/3).The blasting crater experiments are an important technical means of blasting design and operation,which are an effective way to obtain accurate parameters of rock blasting.The experimental results provide effective technical support for deep mining of Hui-ze lead-zinc mine.
