摘要(Abstract):
介绍了采用定向爆破法成功地拆除了复杂环境下40m高钢筋混凝土水塔烟囱的具体工程实例。通过对钢筋混凝土水塔烟囱的结构分析和各部分的重量计算,以及对铆固螺栓、内衬砖的受力分析和强度计算,初步探索出下部内衬拆除时防止上部内衬下落的方法,可供同类工程参考和借鉴。
The present paper discussed a successful practical example of demolition of a 40m height water tower chimny in reinforced concrete by directional blasting in terms of structural analysis and weight calculations of each section of the tower chimny,the force bearing analysis and strength calculation of screw bolt for rivet joint and lining brick.The method that the upper lining falling off could be avoided in removal of the lower lining was roughly found.It could be consulted by similar engineering.
