摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了原北京带钢厂办公楼的控制爆破拆除。此办公楼地处繁华地区，环境复杂，施工与倒塌场地狭小。针对办公楼的结构特点以及周围的环境要求，拆除采用“非电半秒延期雷管分段起爆、重力弯矩作用下逐段空中解体与双向折叠倒塌相结合”的爆破方案。起爆后楼房顺利倾倒解体，确保了周围建筑物和公共设施的安全。
In this paper, the demolition of an office building with controlled blasting is briefly introduced. The building is located in bustling urban district and has complicated surroundings and a narrow area for its collapse. The demolition plan of combining non-electric delayed detonation, dismemberment in the air under gravity action with bidirectional folding collapse was adopted. The blasting made the binlding successfully collapsed and dismembered without any damage to the adjacent building and any interference with the traffic.
