破碎机锤轴转动对爆炸过程影响的数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究破碎机内部锤轴转动对爆炸过程的影响,以常见的易燃、易爆气体甲烷作为模型气体,利用数值模拟软件Fluent模拟破碎机内的爆炸。采用滑移网格模型,从爆炸过程中压力变化、火焰扩散效应两个方面研究了锤轴转动对爆炸过程的影响。结果表明:锤轴转动对爆炸产生最大压力的影响可以忽略,但锤轴转速越快,达到最大压力的时间越短,最大压力上升速率越大;锤轴转速越快,破碎机内部气体流动越快,火焰扩散效应越明显,完成爆炸的时间越短。
In order to study the effect of the crusher's hammer shaft rotation on the explosion process, taking methane which is the common flammable and explosive gas as the model gas,the numerical simulation software Fluent is used to simulate the explosion inside the crusher.The sliding grid model is used to study the influence of the hammer shaft rotation on the methane explosion process from two aspects: pressure change during explosion and flame diffusion effect. The results show that the effect of the rotational speed of the hammer shaft on the maximum pressure generated by the explosion is negligible. However, the higher the rotational speed of the hammer shaft, the time to reach the maximum pressure is shorter, and the rising rate of maximum pressure is the greater.The higher the rotational speed of the hammer shaft, the gas inside the crusher flows is faster, the more obvious the flame diffusion effect, and the time to complete the explosion is shorter.
