苛刻条件下100m高钢筋混凝土烟囱定向爆破与震动测试

摘要(Abstract):

100m高钢筋混凝土烟囱只能向东倾倒在两铁路线之间一个宽约22m的狭长区域中,允许偏差为±7 4°,爆破条件十分苛刻。本文介绍了该烟囱定向爆破拆除的成功经验,论述了爆破方案的选择、爆破切口形状与尺寸、爆破参数、安全技术措施及爆破效果等。此外还提供了爆破震动和触地震动的测试结果,并做了简要的分析。
The rein forced concrete chimney with a height of 100 meters ha s to collapse easterly in a long and narro w area between two railways,and th e permitted deviation of collapse direction is ±7 4° The condition of d irectional blasting is very diffic ult In this paper,the experience o f which the chimney is successfull y demolished by directional blasti ng is introduced The selection of blasting scheme,the shape and size of blasting cut,blasting parameter s,safety precautions,blasting resu lt and so on are discussed In addi tion,the test results of blasting and touchdown vibrations are provi ded and analyzed briefly
