摘要(Abstract):
为了进一步加强爆破作业工业电子雷管起爆系统安全管理,从爆破作业各操作环节、复杂环境爆破振动控制措施及民爆物品公共安全管理几个方面,对工业电子雷管及其起爆系统在爆破作业安全管理中实践进行了详细阐述和分析,并结合现场多次爆破作业应用与实践,提出了工业电子雷管在复杂露天矿安全管理过程中的存在问题和措施建议,以期对工业电子雷管推广和使用方面提供一些借鉴。
In order to further strengthen the safety management of the industrial electronic detonator initiation system in blasting operation, the practice of the industrial electronic detonator and its initiation system in the safety management of blasting operation is described and analyzed in detail from the aspects of various operation links of blasting operation, blasting vibration control measures in complex environment and public safety management of civil explosives, and combined with the application and practice of multiple blasting operations on site. The existing problems and measures and suggestions of industrial electronic detonators in the safety management process of complex open pit mines are put forward in order to provide some reference for the promotion and use of electronic detonators.
