摘要(Abstract)：

针对拆除爆破不断发生安全事故的现实,提出把拆除爆破视为一个极其复杂的系统工程,用安全系统工程的思想和方法来观察、分析和解决问题。本文讨论了各种爆破有害效应的产生、形成规律和危害程度;用系统安全分析的方法,从拆除爆破的各个环节来查找安全事故发生的原因。为了确保拆除爆破达到“安全、高效、快速、节省”的总体目标,根据系统工程总体最优的思想,提出了切实可行的消除安全隐患的对策。
Facing the fact that accidents frequently happening in demolition blasting,the article regards the demolition blasting as an extremely complicated system engineering,which should be investigated and analyzed by using the idea of safety system engineering in hope to avoid the accidents.The paper also discusses the origination and formation of the harmful effect of demolition blasting.Moreover,the paper probes occurring law and harm degree of the accidents.Finally,the paper seeks the causes of accidents in each procedure of demolition blasting with the methods of systematic safety analysis,and finds out some feasible countermeasures to reduce the potential perils for ensuring the general objective in the views of safety,efficiency,schedule and economy.
