天然气管道全尺寸止裂实验中的引燃实验

摘要(Abstract):

为了在天然气输气管道全尺寸止裂实验中,有效收集天然气管道爆燃后的热辐射、冲击波和管道止裂尺寸等数据,采用电子雷管及其芯片技术,对管道天然气泄漏扩散并发生爆燃进行了模拟实验。运用线型聚能切割器在内装天然气的管道上爆破切开1条初始裂缝,在管道周围布置引燃弹点燃泄漏天然气与空气的混合物,利用电子雷管及其芯片控制起爆及引燃弹的发射时间,实现了精确点火。输气管道失效爆破实验取得了预期效果,为天然气泄漏危害范围的研究和输气管道钢材质量的判断提供了科学依据。在天然气输气管道全尺寸止裂实验的爆破工程中成功运用了电子雷管及其芯片技术,对类似爆破工程具有一定的参考意义。
In order to effectively collect technical parameters such as heat radiation, shock wave and pipe cracking size after natural gas pipeline deflagration in the full-scale crack arrest test of natural gas pipeline, electronic detonator and chip technology was adopted, a simulation experiment was conducted to simulate the leakage diffusion and deflagration of natural gas. The linear shaped charge cutter was used to blast and cut an initial crack in the pipeline containing natural gas. A ignition bomb was placed around the pipeline to ignite the mixture of leaking natural gas and air. The electronic detonator and its chip were used to control the detonation and the firing time of the ignition bomb. The expected results obtained from the pipeline invalid blasting experiment of gas transmission pipeline provide a scientific basis for the study of the damage range of natural gas leakage and the judgment of steel quality of gas transmission pipeline. The electronic detonator and its chip technology have been successfully used in the blasting engineering of full-size crack control experiment of natural gas transmission pipeline, which is certain reference significance to similar blasting engineering.
