影响框剪结构拆除爆破效果的要素分析Analysis on key factors associated with the effect of blasting demolition for frame-shear structures

摘要(Abstract):
不同切口方式与延时时差对建筑物拆除爆破倒塌效果有着极大影响,尤其是对大高宽比的框架剪力墙结构的建筑物拆除爆破倒塌效果影响更大。因此,利用数值模拟对建筑物倒塌效果进行仿真分析。以17层框架剪力墙结构拆除爆破工程为例,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,采用整体式模型,对不同切口方式和延时时差的框架剪力墙结构倒塌过程进行数值模拟。对框剪结构分别采用三角形和梯形切口,以及切口处中间排立柱同时起爆和延时起爆,共选取5种组合方案进行结构倒塌的对比分析。结果表明:采用三角形切口时,中间排立柱同时起爆,最后排立柱容易被压屈,形成的偏心弯矩比第二爆破区段只爆破底层立柱偏小;采用梯形切口时,在切口全部形成后,结构倒塌过程中,梯形切口以上部分形成附加的偏心弯矩较三角形切口小,切口触地时前倾速度比三角形切口小。
In blasting demolition,the form of blasting notch and the difference of time delay do have an essential influence on the collapse effect of structures,especially for frame-shear structures with large height-to-width ratio.Therefore,simulation analysis of building collapse effect by the numerical simulation.Numerical simulation in this paper is based on a demolition blasting example of a 17-layer frame-shear structure.The work is carried on by using ANSYS/DYNA software.And integrated model is adopted to simulate the collapse processes of a frame-shear structure with different blasting notch and time delay.The notch is either in the shape of triangle or trapezoid.Explosions of the columns in the middle row are triggered simultaneously or separately with a certain time delay.In this way,five kinds of combination are secured to carry out the numerical simulation.The results show that on the condition of the cut shaping like a triangle and explosions of the columns in the middle triggered simultaneously,supporting columns in the back row are easily stressed to yield,generating an eccentric moment smaller than that generated on the condition of merely the bottom of the columns in the middle beingexploded.In contrast,if trapezoidal notch is adopted,and soon after the notch is totally formed,an extra eccentric moment is generated in the part above which is smaller that generated by triangle notch.Furthermore,the forward speed is also smaller compared with that on the other condition.
