摘要(Abstract):

在宽厚山体的硐室爆破中 ,主要难题是如何合理地布置药室和有效地处理条形药包的端部效应 ,而采用双层多排条形药包双向加强松动控制爆破的方法 ,有效地解决了这些难题 ,取得了良好的爆破效果。本文结合爆破实践 ,介绍了这种方法的药室布置原则、条形药室端部效应的处理技术、药量计算、起爆网路以及起爆时差的确定。在条形药包端部药量计算中 ,提出了山体端部条形药包最小抵抗线的选取方法 ,以及合理确定不同台阶条形药包端部之间距离的方法
In coyote blasting for a wide and thick mountain,main difficult problems are how to arrangement the charged chambers reasonably and to handle the end effect of linear charges effectively However,these difficult problems have been effectively overcome by use of enhanced loose controlled blasting with two layer multirow two side linear charges,with a good blasting result In this paper,charged chamber arrangement,treatment of the end effect of linear charges,calculation of charge weights, priming circuit and determination of delayed intervals are presented in the light of blasting practice For calculation of the end charge weights of linear charges,the method for selecting the burdens for linear charges in the end of a mountain and the method for determining the distances between the ends of two linear charges located respectively in different bench levels are put forward
