摘要(Abstract)：

CMICT码头土石方工程开挖区周边有一家玻璃厂和一座村庄。为确保玻璃厂正常生产和村民房屋的安全以及工程的顺利进行,在爆破施工期间进行了爆破地震效应监测,并根据德国标准DIN4150-2的规定就爆破震动对人的影响进行了评价,这对防止民扰和纠纷,保证施工进度起到了重要作用。实践表明,在临近大型居住区进行长时间爆破作业时,进行爆破地震效应监测,并适当考虑爆破震动对人的影响是十分必要的。
Near the excavation area of CMICT Dock,there are a glass factory and a village.In order to ensure the production of the factory and the safety of the houses in the village,blasting seismic effects were monitored during the whole blasting period.The effects of blasting vibration on concerned people were also evaluated according to DIN 4150-2(German Standard).The evaluation took an important role in terms of preventing interference from the villagers,avoiding entanglement and ensuring construction progress.This practice showed that it was quite necessary to monitor blasting seismic effects and to regard the effects of blasting vibration on people in the blasting operated near large residential areas with a long period.
