截顶辅助药型罩对椭球罩射流成型影响研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究截顶辅助药型罩的结构参数对椭球罩射流成型及侵彻性能的影响,运用仿真软件Autodyn-2D的Euler算法对其有限元模型进行数值模拟计算。结果表明:当辅助药型罩高度为2.5 mm,直径为15 mm时,截顶椭球罩形成的杆式射流具有最优的形态及侵彻性能,使用优化后的辅助药型罩结构侵彻混凝土靶板时,头部速度提升23.9%,射流长度提升15.9%,侵彻深度提升14.1%。研究结果可为椭球罩形成聚能射流研究提供参考。
In order to study the influence of the structural parameters of the truncated auxiliary shaped charge liner on the jet forming and penetration performance of the ellipsoid liner, the finite element model was simulated by the Euler algorithm of the simulation software Autodyn-2 D. The results show that when the height of the auxiliary shaped charge liner is 2.5 mm and the diameter is 15 mm, the formed jet has the best shaped penetration performance. When the optimized auxiliary shaped charge liner structure is used to penetrate the concrete target, the head velocity increased by 23.9%, the jet length 15.9%, and the penetration depth 14.1%. The research results can provide a reference for the research on the formation of shaped jet by the ellipsoid liner.
