复杂环境下火车站场地平整控制爆破

摘要(Abstract):

为了顺利完成火车站场地平整控制爆破,基于周边环境复杂、岩性以泥质砂砾岩为主,以及台阶高度为10~15 m的情况,采用露天深孔延时爆破技术。前期小范围试爆,优化爆破孔网参数,串联复式网路联线,爆区覆盖炮被沙袋防护,布置4个测振点进行振速监测。结果表明爆破后振速均在2 cm/s以内,结果符合预期,爆破飞石控制在安全区域,未造成周边民房损坏,未发生安全事故,达到了合理控制爆破振动、爆破块度以及飞石范围的目的,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
In order to smoothly complete the controlled blasting of the railway station site, based on the condition that the surrounding environment is complex, lithology is dominated by argillaceous sandy conglomerate and the step height is 10-15 m, the open-air deep hole delayed blasting technology is adopted. A small-scale test blasting was conducted in early stage. The parameters of the blasting hole network was optimized and the duel network circuses were connected in series.The blasting area was covered by sand belts for protection, and 4 vibration measuring points were arranged for vibration velocity monitoring.The results show that the vibration velocity after blasting are all within 2 cm/s, and the results are in line with expectations. The blasting flying rocks are controlled in a safe delineated area, no surrounding residential buildings are damaged and no safety accidents have occurred. This blasting achieved the purpose that the blasting vibration, the size of the blasting fragmentation and the range of flying rocks are reasonably controlled, which can provide reference for similar projects.
