新海电厂210m高钢筋混凝土烟囱爆破拆除

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了在周围环境不能满足烟囱倾倒的复杂条件下,210m高钢筋混凝土烟囱采用距离地面40m的高位爆破切口、复式梯形切口形式,试爆开窗口、预留支撑体,爆破时只爆炸切口范围内的支撑体而使烟囱定向倾倒。通过精心设计和施工取得了定向准确、倾倒落地安全、爆破危害控制好的成功的经验,可为类似爆破工程提供参考。
When surrounding environment of the 210m high reinforced concrete chimney is complex and can't satisfy condition of collapse,blasting cut located 40m high position away from ground was adopt in the blasting design.The form of the blasting cut was compound trapezoid.Windows were cut and support bodies were reserved by test-blasting.The chimney collapsed directionally by blasting support bodies in the range of the blasting cut.The successful experience which contains accurate direction,security collapse,and favorable control of blasting harm was achieved by reasonable design and construction.All of which can be used as reference for the similar project.
