摘要(Abstract):
合山电厂转运站待拆五层钢筋混凝土框架式厂房西侧与被保护的引风机房相隔仅 0 3m ,北侧与工具房相连 ,南侧与需要保护的油池相邻。爆破切口布置在二层 ,并把最后一排柱的爆破部位提高到引风机房顶部以上 0 5m处 ,避免了后坐对引风机房的影响。通过预处理 ,将厂房与工具房分离。架设防护结构 ,阻挡飞石 ,保护了油池。文中介绍了爆高和爆破参数的选择、预处理、起爆破网路设计和安全防护措施。
The 5-storeyed reinforced concrete frame building to be demolished in the transfer station of Heshan power plant is only 0.3m away from a fan house in western side,connected with a tool room in northern side and adjacent to an oil-storage necessary to be protected in southern side.The blasting cut was arranged on second floor and the blasting points on the end row of posts were risen to 0.5m over the roof of the fan house,avoiding the effect of the recoil on the fan house.Through pre-treatment,the building was separated from the tool room.An erected protection structure was used to resist the flying rocks,protecting the oil-storage.In this paper,selection of blasting cut height and parameters,pre-treatment,design of priming circuit and safety precaution measures were introduced.
