摘要(Abstract):
15层办公大楼为框架 -剪力墙结构 ,采用定向爆破拆除。文中论述了总体爆破方案、预处理作业及爆破切口的形成 ;分别确定了立柱、墙体和纵横梁的爆破参数 ;简述了起爆网路 ;同时介绍了爆破震动、触地震动的验算以及防震、防尘和降尘措施。文中提出 ,应研制能进入建筑物内部拆除剪力墙的设备 ,以便大大减轻劳动强度 ,并提高安全性、经济性和工作效率。
A fifteen-storeyed office building with frame-shear wall structure was demolished by directional blasting.In this paper,general blasting program,pretreatment and formation of blasting cut were discussed.The blasting parameters for posts,wall body and longitudinal and transverse beams were determined respectively.The blasting network was outlined.At the same time,the check of blasting and touchdown vibrations and technological measures for prevention of vibration and dust were introduced.It is proposed that a mechanical unit which can be used for demolition of shear walls in the building to be demolished should be developed so as to greatly reduce labour intensity and to improve the safety,economy and operation efficiency.
