乳化炸药静态混合器的安全性分析Safety analysis of emulsion explosive static mixer

摘要(Abstract):
为进一步提升乳化炸药生产线的安全运行水平,深入了解静态混合器的安全性,在简述SV、SX、SK型等静态混合器的结构、原理和技术参数的基础上,结合乳胶基质的流变和理化特性,基于炸药起爆机理的热点学说,分析了静态混合器制备乳化炸药过程中的安全影响因素,提出硬质异物、夹带气泡、元件和管壁表面粗糙和出口阻力是主要的危险因素,若要保证静态混合器的运行安全,必须消除这些危险因素。因此,合理控制工艺压力,在满足工艺要求的同时选择结构简单、内径尺寸较大的静态混合器;减少输送管线的曲线度和长度,采用合理的布置形式,以降低乳胶基质的输送阻力。静态混合器安全性的分析结果对乳化炸药生产线的设计选用具有重要意义。
In order to further enhance the safe level of emulsion explosive production line and give an insight into the security of the static mixer,the structure,principle and technical parameters of three types of static mixer with SV,SX and SK were described.Based on the rheological and physicochemical characteristics of emulsion explosive matrix and the hotspot hypothesis of detonating mechanism of explosive,the factors affecting the safety of preparing emulsion explosives by static mixer were analyzed.That the hard foreign bodies,entrainment bubbles,rough surface of elment and tube wall and export resistance are the main risk factors were put forward.To ensure the safe operation of static mixer,these risk factors must be eliminated.Therefore,it is necessary to control the process pressure reasonably,select the static mixer with simple structure and larger inside diameter while meeting the requirements of the process,and reduce the curve and length of the pipeline and adopt a reasonable arrangement to reduce the resistance of the emulsion matrix.The safety analysis results of static mixer are of great significance to the design and selection of production line for emulsion explosives.
